End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and MemBox* regarding your use of the MemBox iOS application (“Software”). By installing or using the Software you agree to the terms below.

Licence Grant

MemBox* grants you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Software on Apple‑branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• You may not remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. MemBox* retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all copies thereof.

Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from MemBox* if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MemBox* be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
