MemBox is currently available via Apple TestFlight. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the app and website.

What we collect

• On this website: Static site; no analytics or tracking cookies.
• In the App: Your flashcards and study data are stored locally on your device. No account required.
• TestFlight diagnostics (optional): If you opt in, Apple may share anonymized crash logs and performance data with us. These logs do not include your study content.
• Support email: If you email support@membox.ca , we receive your email address and message so we can reply.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• We do not collect or sync your flashcard contents to our servers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use information

Diagnostic information helps us fix bugs and improve performance. Support messages are used to respond to your requests and improve MemBox.

Data retention

Crash logs are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Support emails are kept as long as needed to provide service and maintain a record of issues.

Your choices

• You can uninstall the app to remove local data from your device.
• You can opt out of TestFlight diagnostics in Apple settings.
• You can contact us with privacy questions at support@membox.ca .

Children

MemBox is designed for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise use where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the new policy on this page.
