1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MemBox website (membox.ca) or mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

• The Service is provided for personal, non‑commercial use unless you obtain written permission for other purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access or transmitting malware.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of flashcards and other content you create within the Service. By uploading content, you grant MemBox a non‑exclusive licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Optional premium features may be offered via Apple In‑App Purchase. All billing is handled by Apple and subject to the App Store terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software are the property of 1192934 Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute any portion of the Service without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error‑free operation or that data will be preserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified in‑app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
